Atmosphere Bistro is a casual dining bistro nestled amidst the verdant greenscape of East Coast Park's latest development named as Parkland Green. The bistro is built around the concept of seaside dining, providing a relaxing ambience for customers to enjoy the breeze while having a meal or over a glass of wine. In keeping with its slogan (“Two atmosphere, one space”), Atmosphere Bistro caters to families in the day with its bistro offerings, and to an older crowd at night as it transforms into a bar.

Atmosphere Bistro makes up one of the eight dining establishments at the park, the family-friendly bistro operates from 10:00 am over the weekends till late, and they are only open for dinner on the weekdays. The bistro serves up a plethora of Western dishes filed under various kitchen categories. From 12” pizzas and sharing platters to grilled favourites and hearty mains, Atmosphere Bistro’s comprehensive menu leans heavily on well-made classics that are executed with local flair.

A notable mention is their signature dish, Flaming Pizza (featured $22.80). Splashed with generous toppings of prawn, salami, capsicum, and assorted mushrooms, this scrumptious pizza makes for the perfect sharing dish with family and friends.

Whether you’re after a delicious bite to refuel after sweating it out at the park, or simply chilling out with friends at night, Atmosphere Bistro’s smorgasbord of appetisers and snacks promises to hit the spot. Must-tries include Truffle Fries (featured $8.80), which are tossed with truffle oil and grated Parmesan, and Mini Burgers (featured $11.80), a trio of mini burgers with flavourful BBQ glazed grilled patties. Customers looking for a sweet treat can definitely look forward to their Molten Lava Cake (featured $11.80) served with smooth vanilla ice cream or a selection of cakes such as the Rainbow Cake (featured $7.80).

Straight from the grill comes an assortment of skewers and grilled eats, such as the succulent Teriyaki sauced-glazed Grilled Squid ($9.80), the mouthwatering Pork Bratwurst ($4.80) or the 70-days grain fed Ribeye steak (featured 25.80). For mains, you can never go wrong with Miso Salmon (featured $18.80) baked Norwegian salmon glazed with miso sauce using the same recipe from Shin-Sapporo Ramen. Pasta lovers can choose from the wide selection of baked rice (Meatball Baked Rice $14.80) and pastas (featured Seafood Aglio Olio $14.80). 

But if you’re up for a challenge, bite into Atmosphere Burger ($22.80) – consisting of pork, turkey and chicken patties, this massive triple-stacked burger is definitely not for the faint-hearted (limited servings a day). 



Equally impressive is their extensive alcoholic drinks list, which comprises a wide variety of cocktails, beers, spirits, and liqueurs. But if there is one drink that is not to be missed, it has got to be their signature Calpis Kirin Frozen Beer (featured $13.00). It is one of the now-trending frozen beer slushies available at Atmosphere Bistro’s Kirin Frozen Beer range, and makes for the ultimate thirst-quencher to beat the oft-scorching heat in Singapore. 

On the non-alcoholic front, diners will also be spoilt for choice with the selection of mocktails, milkshakes (featured Mango Milkshake $9.00) and smoothies available. Caffeine lovers will be surprised to discover cute latte art including 3D art on their coffee (featured Hot Mocha Art $6.60 / Hot Cappuccino 3D $7.00 / Hot Cafe Latte 3D $7.00 / Ice Cafe Latte 3D $8.00).
