You don't need to worry if it gets crowded, as the restaurant can take up to 132 guests and you will also be amazed by the excellent service at Beauty In The Pot, with the knowledgable and friendly staff immediately explaining the ingredients served and providing recommendations, thus allowing guests to dine like a king.
You can get creative in concocting your own personalised dips at the condiment bar which is stocked with over 8 different sauces and an array of condiments.
Homemade Beauty and Nourishing Soup Bases
The beauty secret actually lies in the soup base. The team of chefs at Beauty In The Pot prepare the soup base and ingredients daily, trusted for freshness and quality while keeping the prices affordable.
There are two nourishing soup bases available - Beauty Collagen Broth and Spicy Nourishing Broth, both at $20 per pot. If you want to try both soup bases, get the Twin Flavours Broth. The two broths come divided in one pot at a comfortable price of $25 (as seen above). The collagen broth is refillable and they offer a free flow of rice if you are wondering.
Chef How and his team spent more than six hours of hard work preparing the broth. The dense and collagen-rich Beauty Collagen Broth is made from shark's cartilage as the main ingredient, while luxurious Chinese herbs including red dates, wolf berries, ginseng, dang gui and dang shen are used to provide an extra boost of immunity and energy.
There are three levels of spiciness to choose from for the Spicy Nourishing Broth, which can be quite intoxicating if you can handle Sichuan chilli oil well. For me, I surrendered on the first try.
Fresh And Quality Ingredients
Select your preferred ingredients to match seamlessly with the soup, ranging from meat (chicken, pork, beef) and seafood (red garoupa $28, fresh sea prawns $26, etc) to vegetables and noodles. Meat lovers should not missed out the US Wagyu Ribeye ($24 full portion) and US Kurobuta Pork ($18 full portion).
If you love meatballs, get the combination platter ($10) which include Soft Bone Pork Meat Ball, Beef Ball and Mushroom Ball. Or try the Assorted Dumplings Platter ($10) and a selection of homemade paste. My favourite dish is the signature Homemade Fish Tofu ($1.80/piece) which is prepared daily from yellowtail fish, soya bean and egg white for the perfect melt-in-the-mouth texture, as well the speciality Ebiko Prawn Paste.
Complimentary Yuzu Freeze presented in a ice box at the end of your meal, which is believed to aid in digestion and clears the oil in the body. The refreshing sorbet drink can also freshen up your palate, you probably can go for another round of dinner.
What I like most about Beauty In The Pot is only not the quality of the broth and ingredients, but also the high service standards of the waitstaff. Price wise, it is mid-range and definitely will not burn a big hole in your wallet.
20% off total food bill for public. *Strictly valid for orders after 10pm.
