As you probably are aware, MEDZS takes up a similar dining concept like Marche. On entering the restaurant, you are given individual "credit card" where you shop around for your food and pay as you check out. 

This year's Christmas menu (2014), MEDZS is keeping it simple and fittingly enough to introduce four signature roasts and six sweet rewards, which they named them as "Warm Gifts from the Heart". The grandeur of their Christmas offerings is the limited edition Rainbow Log Cake that comes with seven layers of flavoured cream, each layer of the sponge cake is so light and cottony with a wonderful splash of colours, this stunning masterpiece of a dessert is one that very few can resist. 

MEDZS' ROASTS

Oven Roasted Crispy Pork Knuckle with Bratwurst Served with Roasted Vegetables and Homemade Natural Gravy ($68 for 1.5kg)

Tender and juicy meat resting within the perfectly roasted crispy skin, Medzs special pork knuckle gives every bite a burst of satisfying flavours from the gourmet marinade. 

Oven Roasted Pork Roulade with Provencal Herbs and Confit Garlic Served with Roasted Vegetables and Homemade Natural Gravy ($68 for 1.2kg)

A spectacular roll-up of the pork belly with bacons and Medzs' recipe nuts filling at the centre of the meat layers. 

Mediterranean Spice Infused Whole Turkey with Foie Gras and Chestnut Stuffing Served with Roasted Vegetables, Homemade Natural Gravy and Cranberry Sauce ($118 for 4kg)

Roast to perfection, moist and juicy meat combines with flavourful foie gras stuffing that melts in your mouth yet has just the correct amount of crunch for a savoury bite. 

Another great staple to a holiday menu is the Premium Honey Glazed Ham Served with Roasted Root Vegetables and Homemade Pineapple Sauce ($98 for 2kg), baked to golden brown, smoothed over with a layer of secret recipe honey glaze to give a wonderful sweetness and crunch.

MEDZS Rainbow Log Cake ($46.90 for 1.2kg) 

A limited edition christmas treat available only for this festive season, is a refreshing sensation of rainbow connections and flavoured cream between layers of sponge that promise an unforgettable Christmas. Savour the vibrant taste of the Cream Cheese, Orange Cream, Caramel, Blueberry, Peppermint and Chocolate Chips and Almond by the layers, or all in one bite. 

Belgian Dark Callebaut Log Cake ($43.90 for 1.2kg) 

This is a pure indulgence for the chocolate lovers. Made with 100% belgian dark Callebaut chocolate and rolled with crispy chocolate pearls between layers of chocolate sponge and truffle cream, every mouthful delivers crunchy excitement amidst velvety dark chocolate cake. 

Chocolate Pralines ($15.90 for Box of 5 Pralines)

Presented in five different artisan flavours - Chewy Caramel, Peppermint Cream, Nutty Cranberry, Hazelnut Cream and Coconut Candy. Medzs Chocolate Pralines make the perfect gift for anyone who matters to you. 

Other delectable Christmas Special french confections not featured here include the must-have christmas tradition of Dates and Walnuts Cake ($39.90 for 900gm), Frosty Crunchy Red Velvet Cake ($43.90 for 1.2kg) and the Fluffy Eclairs that comes in a box of 7 ($15.90). A specially curated Christmas wine list and handpicked condiments are on offer and available for orders at any of MEDZS outlet. 

Orders must be made at least 3 days in advance and collection can be from any of the below Medzs outlet. A delivery charge of $30 per order per location is applicable.
