VERDICT
Go for the braised fresh beef noodle soup for authentic texture. Otherwise, settle for well-marbled beef brisket which will be just as flavourful and become very tender after stewing.

Do not miss out the homemade dipping sauce (not featured), which is the perfect condiment that will further elevate the taste and richness of the beef. It could be a little salty on the first taste, then mild spicy and finally, a sweet pleasant aftertaste.

The chilled pickled tomatoes and chilled crunchy cucumbers are recommended. They are tastefully appetising and great for starting off your meals.

LeNu had recreated the Taiwan beef noodles to suit the local palate, therefore the overall taste was not as salty and intense compared to those I had in Taipei.

If you have not had beef noodles in Taiwan before, LeNu is a good place to start with.
